Welcome to the new way to give to iowa athletics

We are excited to announce changes that will streamline and improve the University of Iowa athletics giving and ticketing experience. We will be utilizing a new software program—Paciolan (PACFund)—which allows you to buy athletics tickets, make any required seating donations, and contribute to your favorite sport via one simple transaction.

In late spring of 2024, all athletics contributions will be made through PACFund. I-Club contributors will be able to quickly view giving history—including pledges, donations, and total balances—as well as pay outstanding balances, manage upcoming payments, and renew season tickets.

What is PacFund?

PACFund is the fundraising platform powered by Paciolan. PACFund enables Hawkeye supporters to purchase tickets and give donations online simultaneously.

Where do I go to make my contribution to the I-Club/Iowa athletics development?

You will now be able to manage your contributions with one single sign on in My Account. The email address and previously selected password you have to access your ticketing account in the past will now be used for all online athletics transactions.

How do I Support Iowa Athletics if I don’t have an account?

To make your first gift to Iowa Athletics visit the I-Club Giving Homepage. Once you select the funds you want to support you will be directed to set up an account with Iowa Athletics. Make sure to save this information as you will use your newly created account to make future contributions, purchase tickets, and view donation history.

Why did athletics move to PacFund?

We are excited to launch this new initiative to better serve our Hawkeye supporters and ticket buyers. PACFund will provide athletics contributors and ticket holders the longed-for single transaction for making contributions to the I-Club alongside their season tickets. PACFund will provide real-time data and information as it relates to ticketing and development initiatives which will allow more effective and efficient communication.

Can I pay For my tickets and I-Club contribution at the same time?

YES! By logging into My Account you can make your payment in one transaction. If you are a returning customer, at the start of each renewal season you will be sent an invoice that provides an overview of your total ticketing and I-Club totals for the upcoming season.

How do I set up recurring giving for my I-Club contribution?

Upon checkout, you will be prompted to your payment options. You can pay the total amount at checkout, set up a payment plan or pledge now and pay the balance later.

Where can I find my athletics giving history?

By logging into My Account and visiting the Manage My Donations page, Hawkeyes can quickly view all giving history that includes pledges, donations, and total balances. Along with paying outstanding balances, manage upcoming payments, or renew for the year.

Where can I find my membership and priority point total?

By logging into My Account and visiting the Priority Points page, Hawkeyes can find a snapshot of historical points and rank amongst other I-Club contributors.

How can I increase my point total to improve my ranking?

Priority points system helps reward loyal Hawkeye fans and donors for their years of season ticket purchase and contributions to University of Iowa athletics. To learn how to improve your priority point total please visit: Join the I-Club.
