Following the passage of the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act ("Tax Reform Act"), effective 1/1/2018, changes were made to IRC 170(l) eliminating the 80% charitable deduction previously allowed for federal income tax purposes. Some states may address charitable deductibility for athletic contributions differently. Please consult your own tax advisor for applicability of federal and state tax regulations.
